Training for staff

Between 1996 (one year before the partnership was founded) and 2017, i.e. for around two decades, SPHASH sent Swiss specialists from the fields of pediatrics, surgery and anesthesia, as well as laboratory and nursing, for assignments lasting several months to several years for the purpose of training and further education of local employees. On rare occasions, HAS employees also received a scholarship from abroad and undertook to return to HAS and resume their work after completing their training. In this way, good quality was achieved in the various medical professions, which has continued ever since thanks to national further training opportunities.
